Every order ships from our yard in Bloomington, CA. Most of what we build is heavy equipment, so there is no online checkout. Send the order request and an associate calls you back to confirm the details and quote freight.

• Freight is quoted per order. Cost depends on weight, distance, and whether the delivery address can take a truck. You see the number before anything ships.
• Yard pickup is available. Pick up at 17907 Taylor Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316, Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM. No freight charge.
• Lead time is confirmed on the call. In-stock items typically leave the yard within a few business days of confirmation. Built-to-order items are quoted with a build date.
• Check it at delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before you sign, and call us the same day.

We build this equipment in our own shop and we stand behind it. If something is not right, call 909-873-5996 and we will sort it out.

• Damaged in transit. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
• Not what you ordered, or defective. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, a replacement, or a return. Return freight is on us when the mistake is ours.
• Change of mind. Stock items in unused, as-shipped condition may be returned within 14 days. Return freight is on the buyer and a restocking fee may apply. Built-to-order and custom-fabricated items are not returnable.
• Refunds. Issued to the original payment method once the item is back in our yard and inspected.
